Terms of use
Last updated: July 2026
Welcome to DaleLatino. By using this site you accept these terms — we've kept them short and clear on purpose.
What DaleLatino is (and isn't)
- We are an information and connection platform: we help you make sense of paperwork and find businesses and professionals.
- We are not legal, medical or financial advisers. Our content is general guidance, not professional advice. For important immigration, health or money matters, see a regulated professional — we help you find one.
- Listed businesses are independent: any commercial relationship is between you and them. The current public directory awards no «Verified» badge; when we introduce it, it will reflect our checks (see how we verify), not a guarantee of outcome.
Commercial transparency
If we ever add affiliate links or paid placements, they will always be labelled. Payment will never replace checking, nor buy a badge.
Acceptable use
Don't post false, offensive or illegal content (including fake reviews). We reserve the right to remove content and listings that break these rules.
For businesses: your page and your panel
If you sign in with your email at «My business», claim a listing or register your business, you also accept these rules:
- Your details, your responsibility. What you publish (hours, prices, menu, allergens) must be truthful and up to date. Allergen information is especially serious: the responsibility towards your customer is yours.
- Your photos and text. You guarantee they are yours or that you have the right to use them, and you give us permission to show them on your page and in the directory's materials while your listing exists. They remain yours.
- Prior review.Everything you submit is reviewed by a person before publishing. We may request changes, reject or remove content — and suspend listings — to protect the directory's honesty.
- We don't promise customers. We give you a page, a panel and tools (free today); we work on demand, but we don't guarantee it.
- Orders and bookings are messages, not contracts with us. When a customer orders or books, we pass the message on (usually via WhatsApp): the deal is between your business and your customer. Confirming, charging and delivering is on you both.
- Free today, cards on the table. The business tools are free during this launch period. In the future we may introduce paid plans: we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, no charge will ever start without your express acceptance, and you can always cancel before paying anything.
- Your account. Access works via a link to your email — look after that inbox. You can request account deletion by writing to [email protected]; your personal data is handled per the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above always shows the current version. Governing law: England and Wales.
